Technical and Practical aspects of shooting.

We will be warming up with footwork and application similar to the objective of the shooting session. Todays session will be getting into half spaces, and working on accuracy, technique, timing, and then at the end we will be adding the goalies to shoot on. Making it realistic and digging into the emotional side of player development as we add more pressure in front of goal. Professional coach Matt Pickens will be here, adding value to the shooters and goalkeeper experience.
